Shipping and returns

Shipping and Delivery

 

We make every effort to ship all stocked items within 48 hours of receipt or order, or sooner.  We ship UPS, FedEx and Motor Freight, determining the size and weight of the order.  To calculate your actual shipping charges using UPS, simply place items into your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.  If you require a different method than UPS, please contact us when placing the order and we calculate the shipping charges for you.

 

Returns

 

DSC Systems Graphics offers a thirty day return policy.  DSC reserves the right to deny returns.  Also, under certain circumstances there may be a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 50% placed on orders.  It is our policy to require RMA’s for any returns.

 

RMA’s will be issued after talking with a DSC authorized representative.  Please call 800.638.0598 and have the invoice and part number in question available when you call.  Once an RMA is issued, you have 15 days to return all items listed on the RMA; and only items that are listed on the RMA will be credited.  All returns, other than defective products, must be unopened, in original packaging and in resellable condition.  The RMA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the box or we will refuse delivery.  Credit will be issued after the receipt and inspection of all items on the RMA.

 

We will make every attempt to use packaging that will protect our products; however, it is your responsibility to inspect incoming shipments in unlikely event that it arrives damaged.  If the product is damaged in shipment, you will need to make a claim with the responsible shipper or refuse shipment.  If you suspect concealed damage, open immediately in the presence of the driver and note damage on the waybill.  If you later discover concealed damage, you have 15 days to notify the carrier to make a claim.

 

If you have received a miss-shipment due to a DSC Systems Graphics error, you have 15 days to make a claim.  Please see above under RMA requirements.

 

We require notification of any defective items within 30 days of receipt.  The product(s) may be either exchanged or customers’ account may be credited through the same method of payment used for the original order.  Please see RMA requirements.
